Adam and Heather, you two are the coolest people I’ve ever talked to on the web! You are so speaking my language! All you said is absolutely true, and I think Diego and his lady fighting would indeed be cool and entertaining! And boy, it would be funny to hear things like-Diego(on the ground, pinned by his girl)You know, love can hurt(jumps up and pins her)but it’s worth it! No offense, to Carlos or ANYONE, but the fact that Manny and Sid’s girlfriends already have voice actors and the movie is filiming and it is only 129 days and a few hours till the movie opens, makes me VERY, VERY, VERY suspicious. I thank both of you, Adam and Heather for your help, and I am just letting Carlos know that if he trashes Diego(and the movie’s storyline, for that matter, because we are focused on the three stopping a flood and saving animals)by doing such a cruel thing, then I will NEVER, EVER, EVER forgive him, for as said before, Diego is my favorite, and I’m just one of many who like or love that saber in one way or another. Oh, and Carlos? By no means am I trying to spite you, but about my above words? If you think I’m kidding, look at how I captialized them. yes… and you know why? i give 3 reasons:
1 ice age 2 had a high rating in movie sites and ice age 2 has sold a lot in cinemas and have reached the profit that fox was waiting for
2 ice age 3 could be the story of the group ( now 7 elements ) fighting for food and in the middle of the movie theres an argument in the group and then they they broke up and in the middle of diego’s mission for food he finds his girlfriend!
3 that separation and fights for food can create sad and humor scenes in the movie that are what all movies want to have…
and i have more reasons…

***Ice Age 3: Returning to south***
Everyone is migrating back south. The gang joins up with this herd led by a very old mammoth who demands to be called Broketusk his real name is Nathaniel . While they are there, they become friends with a couple of cave bears named Tom and Ana who is pregnant, one eagle named Andreas and a wolf named Benjamim he and diego are always competing because of the difference betwen them - saber-toothed cat and wolf , and Sid’s old childhood playmate Sylvia her character is slightly different here then it was in the deleted Ice Age scenes; she’s not forcing herself on Sid, she has a visible sweet spot, she’s extremely tough, she’s slightly mentally unbalanced, and she’s afraid of dying.
Next day Susy a saber toothed female finds diego when he is hunting a rabbit he let the rabbit go for kids don´t see him killing a rabbit and you know why… he argues with Susy and susy asks sorry and say that she know him somewhere then they talk and when they were almost giving a kiss i dont know what the hell they could give a kiss with that teeth sid interrupts saying that they must get going. Diego invites her to his herd, she accepts.
During the journey, Sid and Scrat animates the show, Diego gets even closer to Susy and Benjamim becames angry with diego because of susy. Everyone faces electric storms, avalanches (the saving scenes occur , and in the middle of an storm Susy desappears Diego goes VERY sad and theres a sad scene in the film and that is good. Along the way, Manny and Ellie get closer together and Sid and Sylvia begin to fall for each other.
Then, the unthinkable happens: Susy appears every body bacames happy bla bla bla… after she calls diego to one place in the jungle everybody thinks that they are going to “do it” then sid say some jokes… . Diego is in a trap! 3 saber tooths are surronding diego the same as the ice age 1 Susy goes in their direction diego calls Susy. Susy looks back with a Sad face and she continues. They don´t do anything to her One says ” Thanks to you Soto is not here… you will pay! Bla bla bla…” They attack diego And then the fight takes start ending with Diego killing one of the tigers and Susy defending him from the second one by hurting him a lot and scaring him he runs away Diego says “Why did you do that?” She says “because they a reason i dont know… ” “So why did you saved me?” says diego “becausei felt something in that day, you were the sweetist person i ever talked… the other two were very stupid”.
To complicate more the situation one big and large wolf appears saying ” So, you are the son of Edgar you are the last one to be eliminated ” ” You! you killed my father! ” “And you are the next one” The wolf come closer and colser to diego and when he is almost bitting diego Benjamim Saves him and says ” You didn’t change anything in the last 5 years did you?” Then Benjamim tries to kill the wolf but the wolf counterattacks and hurts seriously Benjamim them Tom arrives and fights with the wolf and the bear wins of course . Diego realize that it wasn’t the humans that attacked his father but it were the wolfs…
When Manny, Ellie, Sid, Sylvia and Andreas return to the scene of the battle, they discover that Diego’s bad leg has been seriously injured. Benjamim is injured as diego. They have a talk with lots of jokes by Sid and the next day They continue on south Diego still competes with Benjamim with the leg injured that causes lots of laughts.
When they reach south, several things happen: Diego’s and Benjamim’s legs are fixed , Manny and Ellie are expecting a child, and Andreas baby boy is born and named Jared . Diego points out to Sid that he should *try* going out with just one girl, especially since Sylvia is the only one who has shown any interest in him. So, they realize they love each other if it’s animals, can it be called love? I dunno and…mushy stuff ensues. And Scrat gets his acron; FINALLY! But, unfortunately, he buries it so fast he forgets where it is, and he finds ANOTHER one, and the whole happy chase starts all over again.
Perhaps a third part where everyone is dividing with one another so that each creature will be among their own species? In other words, all the migrating animals get separated according to species (dodos with dodos, elks with elks, anteaters with anteaters, and so on)
Yes, Manny and Ellie are called by a council of mammoths (headed by Michael Gough?) to leave the other four animals behind and the two mammoths defy them, taking all of the animals with roles prior to this film to make their ways clear as well, because they helped them, i.e- Carl, Frank, Dab, Fast Tony, a new crony for Fast Tony (a glyptodont named Fred), Cholly, and Sid’s family (Zak, Marshall, Bernie, and Uncle Fungus).
For those of you who don’t know:
-Carl and Frank were the two “rhinos”
-Dab was a dodo
-Cholly was the chalicothere which farted in Sid’s face
-and Fast Tony was the armadillo salesman
By the way, we know Sid’s family members by name as he called them when he was first shown in the beginning of the first film.
And in the end, the animals in the migration all reunite because they realize that they need each other in order to survive, and to band together to escape a volcanic outbreak.
Here’s an example:
Elks need musk ox to keep safe from predators.
So the migrating animals remain together, setting up a community, defying the mammoth council and resulting in a brawl between Manny and a rough-and-tumble mammoth council member.
Manny wins and the other is driven off in defeat.
It’s just a thought!
By the way, Scrat remains with the herd, following them to keep himself and his acorn safe.
Scrat eats the blessed nut to try to save it from being burned by magma in the end, but he realizes, in flashback mode, his error and that he could have easily escaped the magma, so he sets off to find another.
ok, first of all, diego should NOT get a girlfriend. it would just ruin everything. and sid is not the type to get a girl, so why bother? although, i do think it’s cute for him and sylvia to be with each other, but really, why bother? second of all, someone is making it sound like diego is the main one in his or her version of ice age 3. that’s not right. i think manny and ellie should be the ones with the issue. third of all, why would sid’s family come in the movie?! sid’s family doesn’t like him, and it would just ruin the unigue herd. now, i really think some of you guys had some really creative summarys of an ice age 3. very creative. but, having a girl for diego is just too much. but if i did an ice age 3, i would give a really good suggestion, too. we should put baby Roshan in it again. we all miss the baby, you know, and maybe the characters could find him again. that’s all i got to say. all of you are very nice, and are fans of ice age, me, too. but i sometimes disagree, because i don’t want the ice age movie tradition to get ruined.
The diego idea was really creative but I have to agree with Keri about something. Whatever happened to the baby? I mean, you know, I thought the second movie would be all about the baby, but it wasnt. So when I heard about a third movie being made I was really excited because I thought that it would finally have the baby in it! I mean.. come on! It would be so cool! It would be more interesting then a story about a tiger falling in love. The baby could be grown up or something! And he might be hunting and see Diego and almost kill him , but Diego may recognize him and say “wait! Dont kill me!” And then he’d do the the ‘wheres the baby? thing and then Roshen would remember him, or something like that. It would be really cool. We miss the baby!! Please bring him back!

But I’m still adamant to bring back Sid’s family.
You should see what I’ve come up with! Zak is a stern leader sloth (no buckteeth), Marshall is Zak’s lieutenant (a brainy sloth, essentially), Bernie is a “party animal” sloth (kind of fat), and Uncle Fungus is an elderly, if still fun-loving sloth.
Zak and Marshall, thinking logically, decided to dump Sid all alone, but Bernie wanted to take Sid along, as he was a laugh. Uncle Fungus sided with Bernie and tried to get Zak and Marshall to change their ways but they overpowered him. He dutifully went along with them.
In response to the first film, Fungus and Bernie wanted to leave a note (crude picture of them leaving on a leaf), but Zak wouldn’t allow it and Sid couldn’t read anyway. So they left off without him until they’d met up with Sid as the larger herd (all other animals) were leaving (Ice Age 2). They saw what friends he had and decided while they would not (in the end) join his herd, they would still see Sid once in a while.
Here’s what I’ve imagined them as:
-Zak is tan-furred with a tuft of brown hair and no buckteeth (long neck, though)
-Marshall is short and stocky compared to the others, and has black fur
-Bernie is fat and dark brown, with a mop of blond hair
-and Uncle Fungus has got gray fur with a pair of tufts of hair on either side of his head (they look like a bald spot)
I am not suggesting that they join the herd but rather that they travel alongside the rest of them, meaning all those other animals.
Also, I’ve an idea for two new characters; a litoptern (tall, trunked, yellow animal) named Herb, as well as a glyptodont named Joe, both of which want to tag along with Manny’s herd, but don’t quite realize that they don’t need to sneak around to do it.
Herb is a neurotic wreck and Joe is a gruff fellow.
In this case, though, I think that the film-makers should go through with their old designs of making litopterns taller than mammoths like in the first “Ice Age”
Mmm, and perhaps we see more of Scrat’s kind. We’ve only seen one of his kind.
diego, i like the way you give specific details on sid’s family. very creative. you could become a writer some day. i like your idea of sid’s family dumping poor him, and one of them wants him to come along. sid is my favorite character, and i feel bad for him. but i don’t like the idea of all these characters in. it’s about manny, sid, diego, ellie, crash, and eddie. we don’t need anymore to the herd. but very creative.
I thank you for appraising my ideas, but I must insist on adding my characters, Herb and Joe (who I revised to be a musk ox), as I think that it’ll be funny and that they can be viewed as more than just bit parts in the crowds.

Hey Diego again, i agree with keri that I like the details you gave of sids family. I guess it would be kind of cool for diego to have a girlfriend. I think thats fair since manny has one now. I have to tell you something though. In the second ice age, what was up with diego? He was way different! He seemed depressed or something! I just got done watching ice age 2. He even looked different. I dont usually dont pay attention to that sort of stuff but under his eyes it looked like there was dotted marks. What was that? Another thing was he didnt seem like his old mean self. He seemed softer or more like a robot. Like when sid said something to him all he was like was “Oh.” The real Diego would pounce on him and threaton to kill him. I dont know, he needs to be his old sarcastic self. Not a softer version. Also, one more thing. Why did you add so much ass words and even a d word? Did you run out of words to say or something? I dont know, when you add vulgar stuff like gass and stuff like that. It makes me not like the movie much. Do you think could try not adding that to the next movie? It kind of ruined it for me. I liked the first ice age because it was so good and it didnt have all that stuff in it. It was a cool story and the animals had alot of personality. Everything just went kind of fast for me in the second one. Plus there were alot of crude stuff. Why would Manny talk about sex in a kids movie? I really love ice age. I still do even if the second one was kind of lame.I mean, it had some really funny and good parts, but it wasnt as good as the first ice age. Plus the first ice age had really funny good humor and a good story. This one didnt. Hey, hope you can add the baby in the 4th movie if you ever do a 4th movie. i sort of agree with hannah on few things. i didn’t get the point of having the cussing words in the movie. i mean, it wasn’t in the first movie, so why the second one? cussing is wrong, and people know it. also, you shouldn’t call this an KIDS movie. first of all, it’s rated PG! why have a movie for kids if it’s rated PG? i’v seen a lot of other movies that are PG, and they call it for kids. it makes me mad, because it shouldn’t be for kids. there are stuff in the movie that isn’t right for kids, and some kids may not even understand some stuff. besides, Ice Age is for adults, too! don’t call it a kids movie! but yes, it would be really nice to have the baby in a third movie. the baby could be a little grown up or something, and they could find him. the baby is lost, so they need to return him to his dad. thats all i have to say. ice age and ice age 2 are two of my favorite movies, and i like them both the same. i don’t like the first one better, or the second one better. i like both of them. and if people would disagree when they first see the second movie, then try watching it a few times more, and maybe they would understand it more. so, two goals. don’t call the movie a kids movie, and don’t give up on the second movie.
i think it would be a good idea to have diego get a girl. But i agree with keri and hannah! i want just diego and manny to have girls. Because if they find 3,000 other animals, (lol) it wouldn’t be the same old pack with just the three of them! And isnt that what the ice age series is about… 3 animals with different personalities on adventures!

to tell you the truth, i never had ups about diego having a girlfriend, because i don’t want things to get too carried away. but i guess it would be ok for diego to get a girlfriend. maybe he could have a fight with her when they first meet. he and SARAH wouldn’t get a long really well, and Sarah would always be toupher than Diego, and would always win a fight. but then Diego really gets affended by other’s jokes, mostly Sid, and he really wants to beat her. When he finally does, Sarah finds that hot in a guy, so she wants him (i got the idea from a Fresh Prince episode). so i guess Diego could get a girlfriend, but don’t even thinking about Sid getting one. that’s just going way too far. i think Sid should stay single, because he’s not really the type for romance, even though he does his best to flurt and hit on them.
i’m also glad that Kellie agrees to not add anymore creatures to the herd. we should stick with Manny, Sid, Diego, Ellie, Eddie, Crash, and maybe Sarah, Diego’s new girlfriend. and yes, we should include the baby in it. i think the baby should be grown up, but still young. maybe no older then 4.
it would be really exciting to have an ice age 3, but also dissapointing. the first two movies were so great, that we don’t need another one. or i guess some people can say that they were so good, that there will be another one. but it would be exciting. i aslo heard there will be a Shark Tale 2.

i’m glad Kellie agress with my idea! Sarah could stick with the herd a little, and she wasn’t very nice to Diego, and he got very annoyed, and she kept winning a fight. that’s also a good idea about Sid. he could hit on another guy’s girlfriend, and when the guy finds out, he beats Sid up or something. i wouldn’t want Sid to get a girl, because like i said, i don’t like things to get too carried away. trust me, i go through a lot of it during shows on disney channel and stuff. also, maybe Sylvia (Sid’s old playmate from the deleted scenes) would pop up a few times, and the last time she does, she surpirzingling kisses Sid on the mouth. Sid gets very shocked and freaked out, and runs away from her (because he still can’t stand her, and never will). then he finds manny and tells him everything (and like Manny would care). it would be so cool.
and yes, the baby will be in there, and while they are returning him to his dad once again, and Diego is going through a lot of stress with Sarah, the plan is to escape a volcano eruption. that would be a really cool story.
and yes, we could have scrat still getting his acorn. we need Scrat’s classic trodition to keep on going.
lol!!! those r alot of cool ideas. i especally like the idea of sid getting REALLY freaked out about Sylvia kissing him. It would b cool if diego and sarah biker ALL THE TIME and everyone gets mad @ them. like they dont agree on anything. And (like my two cats do) they keep manny and ellie and the gang up all night this one time fighting and firghtin. and soon right when the volcanos about 2 erupt sarah and diego get axedently left behind in all of the confusion thats going on. and they have to forget their differences and finally help eachother out. and once they do they get merried (or something like that,) and in the end all of the animals are safe from the volcano eruption and the baby gets returned, manny and ellie grow even closer together, diego and sarah r meeried and sids STILL very afraid of Slyvia.

i just thought of this… in all of the confusion thats going along instead of diego and sarah getting seperated the baby does. So diego and sarah both volenteer to help look 4 him and once they find him they have to work together with eachother and save the baby!!
hmm…..i don’t know. now that i think of it, i wouldn’t want the third movie to be all about Diego and Sarah. on the first movie, Manny was the one who had doubts and was thinking about his past, and in the second movie, he was having these problems with Ellie. i don’t know, i just think Manny is the one who has the main problem.
an idea just popped to my head! Manny and Ellie for some reason have a big fight, because of their differences, and aren’t speaking, yet still traveling together. Earlier in the movie, Sid tells Manny that think about Yin and Yang, and that he thinks its great for him and Ellie to be together. but then later when they have that huge fight, Manny is talking with diego, and Manny says, “Sid was wrong about our differences thing; we’re too different.” so, i thought maybe Manny and Ellie could have the main issue in the movie, and then second, Diego meets Sarah. when Sarah finally gets along with Diego, she asks him why Manny and Ellie are fighting and stuff like that. ane yes, the idea about Diego and Sarah physically fighting is still a good idea! then third, Sid is trying to stay away from Sylvia. and something hits his brain, like he sees that everyone has a girl, so he wants one. but he soon gets over it, because that’s the way Sid is. he’s very optamistic. so he doesn’t care. i still like that idea of him getting a girl. i guess you’re Kellie is right; poor sid is just bad luck. and about Crash and Eddie, they’re not having very many issues, except that Manny keeps getting after them for doing many stunts, and realizes that they have to be careful. (then later in the movie, Crash in and Eddie get into danger; but like that stops them). anyways, Diego and Sarah may have another dissagreenment again, while everyone is in serious peril, and yes, everybody is always getting annoyed during the movie about that. and then, Sid finally gets in the middle of them, and yells, “Stop! what’s the point of fighting! it’s not going to bring you closer, and it’s not going to solve anything!” everyone is just quiet after he shouts that, and Sarah then agrees with Sid, and Diego does, too, and they both have a discussion about it, then they all look at Manny and Ellie, trying to tell them they should do the same thing. so then Manny and Ellie try to discuss it, but it turns into another fight, and that’s when the volcano eruption gets worse; it starts to get very loud, and then the baby, who is now 4, goes over and hugs Sid tightly. later in the movie, though, Manny and Ellie make up. and also, Scrat is still trying to get his acorn, but this time, he does’ die, because we don’t a repeat.
so that is my idea. the idea of Diego and Sarah getting mairried, i think goes over the edge. animals don’t even know what marriage is. they just call each other a mate for life. and besides, we don’t want to get too carried away.

Hey, I’m so glad Keri and Kelli totally agree with me. I hope the ice age 3 doesnt have as much bad stuff as the ice age 2 had. I mean, come on! Its a kids movie! Why would you mention sex in a kids movie? Your right Kelli. Its like a pg-13 movie. And it shouldnt be that way. Another thing I agree with is the BABY! Why is the baby all of a sudden forgotten? I dont know. Just asking. I like Keris idea of the baby being 4 or something. He could even be 10 or a teenager! That would be so cool if he was a teen. He could be trying to learn how to be a warrier like his father and he could be hunting in the woods, when all of a sudden he sees diego and he gets ready to throw his spear and then Diego could pounce on him and they could both be getting ready to kill each other when they both remember each other. hannah’s right. the third movie shouldn’t be rated PG13. i have to admit, though, in the second movie, i thought there was a lot of peril and violence more then language and inuendo. but language is going too far for kids. for little kids, though, the language is worse than the innuendo, because if they heard the a word or something, they could repeat it! and i’v watched a movie (Shark Tale) with a 5 year old boy, and when he heard “butt”, he reapted it over and over. so the language is very noticable. but the kids wouldn’t understand the sex stuff. although, hannah is right. if they want the movie to be for kids, then they shouldn’t have it like that! so yes, that’s wrong. but one positive thing about it, is that Manny didn’t mean it in a way like that. Ellie overreacted. Manny didn’t mean to have ’sex’ at that time; he made a mistake. but yes, talking about it in any way isn’t right for kids. but to tell you the truth kellie and hannah, i’m not calling Ice Age or Ice Age 2 a kids movie. i’m calling it an animated movie, comady, adventure, and for everyone! i’m not going to put just “kids” in it. first of all, it’s too rough and too…no understandable, and also adults and big kids love it!
but yes, the third movie will be so cool! we could have baby Roshan in it. the teen idea is creative, and it could be cool. but i would kind of miss him being so little. but hey, i missed him in the second movie the first time i saw it and got over it. so the teen idea would be cool. or he could be 4 or 5, and it would be so cute for him to try to be a good hunter like his dad.
i think it would also be ok for Diego to have a girlfriend. just the one negative thing for me, is that…..i like Manny, Sid, Diego, Ellie, and the possums. i’m just not sure for adding another character. it’s like adding another every movie. kind of reminds me of the show Rugrats. first they have Tommy, Chuckie, Phil, Lil, Angelica (that would take place as Manny, Sid, Diego, Scrat, and the humans), then we get Dil, (Ellie and the possums), then kimi. (but i do like the later episodes with kimi).actually, that’s much more then the heard in Ice Age. but…i don’t know. it would be ok to have Diego’s girlfriend, but it’s adding too much characters to the wounderful family.
but yeah. it would be really cool to have an Ice Age 3! and i like the way the creators do it. so what ever they do, i’m sure i would like it. that’s the way i am. but no over rating it PG. PG is fine, but PG13 is too big. i hardly ever watch PG13 movies.
Hey Diego! I was just thinking about something. I really do like your story plan for ice age 3! I mean, I think its kind of cool that Diegos getting a girlfriend. Another thing is, I like the idea of her being tough. I dont think any girl could ever win Diego unless she was tough. And yeah! She could always be trying to win fights with Diego, like what Keri and kelli said. I also liked what you said Kelli about sid hitting on another sloths girlfriend and the other sloth finds out. That would be so funny! Lol! The other guy could be real big and tough and stuff. But I was thinking about something. I dont know if I want sid to have a girlfriend either. I agree with Keri! I mean, that is so not like Sid. And I dont think I’d want him to have a girlfriend like Sylvia. I dont know. It just doesnt mix. But thats cool if shes different now. Now about the other characters. Um… Why do you haev Cholly as being one of the main characters? I mean, all he does is gass and I think thats kind of vulgar. To me it cheapens the film. Why do you have to add gass in there? It was fine already in the first film. Anyways, I do agree that manny and the possoms and ellie should be in ice age 3. I mean, their part of the pack too! Why forget them? And thats when there may be questions that they may ask their parents about it. Its great without all of that! Without gass, or cussing, I bet it would have been better than it is. hannah’s idea is good! the girl that sid hits on has a boyfriend, and then he comes up to Sid. the guy is very muscular and very tough. once Sid sees him and realizes that he is the girl’s boyfriend. so he says, “i was just leaving.” but he beats him up, although they don’t show it. Sid comes back to the others, and looks pretty bad. hey, in the delted scences, some kids were beating him up, so why not an older guy. anyways, just like hannah said, it’s just not right for Sid to have a girlfriend. and a Sylvia kind of girlfriend may be a bit much. a kind of girlfriend for sid would be a nice girl who loves guys who show ther emotions. but please, don’t even bother going there either. i think Sid’s main issue in a third movie would him not being able to get a girlfriend, or not getting respect. actually, not getting resepect would be better. although, he had the problem in the second movie, and….Ahh! lol. i’m sure the creators would think of something. just leave it to them.
and about Cholly, he shouldn’t be a main character. because he wasn’t in the last movie. like i said, we don’t need to add more. gassing doesn’t really bother me. it was pretty gross on the video game, but it only happend one time on the movie. i thought it was kind of funny….but in the game..it was gross. bit no Cholly! he could me in the movie with all the rest of the animals, but not with the one herd. and Diego, i thought about your idea about Sid’s old sloth family. and i guess it would be alright if they were with the other animals, but not with Sid and the rest of the herd. here’s an idea about all these extra characters. Sid’s old family, Cholly, Fast Tony, they could be in the movie, but just with all the extra characters. Same goes for Sylvia. She could be with them, but every once in a while finds Sid. although, she looses him again, so she asks others, “have you seen another male sloth?” i think it’s a WOUNDERFUL idea to have Sylvia in the movie. but we don’t want her and Sid to get together. that’s just too much.
and we don’t want to forget about Scrat. to be honest, Scrat isn’t axactally my favorite, but we can’t take him out of the movie. he’s like one of the classics, and we still need him.
Ice Age was good, and so was Ice Age 2. actually, when i first saw Ice Age 2, there was one thing, Hannah, that was kind of crapy for me. i thought it was weird that all these mammoths came at the end. it seemed kind of weird, because i thought there wouldn’t be much after the ice age. but i got over it, and realized it brought heart to the movie. i don’t know, if they didn’t do that, it could make people upset, because it would remind them that mammoths are already extincted, and we wish they were back because of Manny and Ellie. so yeah, i figured it was a good scene, only it made me cry later. so yeah, both movies were great, and i hope they make a third one.
i don’t know about something, you guys. tonight, i just started to draw pictures of the ice age characters. then i drew the baby, and started to draw and see what he looked like as a 4 year old, and a teen. but then…something happened. all of a sudden, some music from the first movie just came in my head, and i…well….realized that i would really miss the baby to be grown up. i just want him to stay as a baby. i don’t know, i just think….maybe that music was telling me something. i don’t know, sometimes i think things tell me something. but it’s really disapointing for him to be grown up, even to be 4. and think about it, how many years do you think that would be when he’s grown up? everyone would have been with each other for a long time. and Manny and Ellie wouldn’t have some MAJOR arguements and stuff. that’s what i think. what about you?

Sory i couldnt post anymore on the blog 4 a while i was really buisy 4 the past couple weeks, with exam week at my school, reports and finding out my boy friend is a BIG FAT CHEATER!!! lol but enough with that stuff. Glad 2 hear from u Hannah and Keri! i had 2 do a lot of reading but those are some awesome ideas. I agree it would be cool 2 have the baby around 9 or 10 but id miss the baby!

ya, it would be dirty movie if they would mate, even though they are animals. they still have personallities just like humans do, so it’s still the same. PG is good enough. i don’t know, i think they should stick with the peril and stuff. i get really intersted when the action comes. so…if it would be PG because of the peril, then i wouldn’t mind.
but ya, i would miss the baby. and we also don’t want the herd to be with each other for a long time. i mean, they would, but not showing it on the movie.

ya, it’s a good idea to have those characters in. but, i’m not really sure about an ice age 3. as far as excited it would be, i’m hearing rumors that it will come out in 2008. that’s not enough time to make such a great film. it took 4 years to make the last one. and…..i don’t know…i wouldn’t want the third movie to become like a Lion King 2, Cinderella 3, or Mulan 2. i would want it to be a movie that comes out in theaters like the rest. if it didn’t and just skipped to dvd, well, it would be like it’s not important. i want ice age to always stay very popular enough to come out in theaters. but i doubt that the rumor is true. i’m sure it won’t come out next year. the may not even make an ice age 3. but these ideas are good for an ice age 3. but just to say, ice age and ice age 2 are 2 awesome movies. don’t rush another one. you know, there is a sherk 3 coming out. as exciting as it is, i didn’t think it was nessesary to make another one. but at least it took a while to make. the last one came out in 2003. but yes, maybe Diego is right about Chris Wedge directing an ice age 3. i mean, i love both movies the same, but there is something about the first ice age i like better. i’v actually been watching ice age over and over again, and not once have i mentioned ice age 2 to watch.

i have looked up information on an ice age 3, and it sounds really serious. there are 2 good news for that. first, is that they will bring the original cast back, which makes me very happy. and second, they said it may come out in 2010. that takes 4 years to make it, and that is enough to create an awesome film. i the know that i won’t be a kid by that time, but does that matter? Ice Age isn’t just for kids, it’s for adults, too. so….there is nothing to worry about. it’s kind of dissapointing for a 3rd movie after 2 great ones. yet, i did feel the same way when i heard about an ice age 2. so…i will get over it. it will be exciting when it comes out, and i really hope it makes it to theaters. shrek one and 2 came out in theaters, and so will shrek 3. Ice Age 2 made so much money, that i’m sure a third one will.

These are really good ideas! Does anyone know a website about blue sky studios or the email adress of the director or porducer or something? I can’t send a letter, because I’m only thirteen and I live with my mom, dad, and sister. You see, where I come from, PG-13, rap, “gangsta”, and “”Adult Material” is really in style. The only people that are into GOOD movies that don’t have perverted, crude, or sexual humor are small children. The poeple at my school already think I’m weird, and I really don’t want to have people call me a freak behind my back. Trust me, I probabl sound like some teenage drama queen, but nothing hurts me worse than to be called a freak.
Anyway, I think Diego really should get a girlfriend. I think she could be somewhat stubborn like Diego, but have a soft, gentle side. If Diego does get a girlfriend, the creators should try to keep the characters in character, and keep it somewhat realistic (Yes, I know these characters aren’t real but you know what i mean!). Like someone said that this female character keeps beating Diego at everything. Whoever said that, don’t be offended or anything, I’m not trying to insult you in any way, I’m just stating my opinion, but Diego seems pretty strong and pretty tough, and if he can take on Soto, who, to me, looked much more stronger and powerful than Diego, I doubt a female tigress could defeat them. Maybe pin him to teh ground, but not entirely defeat him.
I also like the idea of teh baby coming back. He’d only be two to five years old, but maybe hi father and his friends are hunting, the baby is with them, tey try to kill teh animals, but the baby recognizes them. Of course, teh father would still try to kill Diego, but maybe teh baby (wait a sec, he’d be a kid) maybe teh KID could try and stop him, change his mind, so on and so on.

Diego is very strong! i didn’t think of that. we don’t want Diego to loose his strong character. he should be the won beating the girl. but you know, i’m not sure if i want an ice age 3, except that they will show the promostions back on TV and stuff. but i have a better idea. instead of Diego meeting a female tiger, i thought maybe he could meet a tiger cub! like, this tiger cub could be like 9 in tiger years. his name could be….i’m not sure. it would be cool for him to have an uncommon name like Soto did. anyways, the cub could like look up to Diego and wants him to teach him to hunt. at first, Diego really has no time. but then later, he decides to go teach him stuff. i thought that would be really cool. i think a girlfriend for Diego would be too much. but if we want to add an extra character, i think a simple tiger cub would be good! but i think that’s enough! no girl girl for Diego, no girl for Sid, not even a girl for the possom brothers. i think just a cub would be good. and yes, the baby could be in it! maybe he could be 3 years old, and he’s not old enough to hunt, and see’s his dad and older kids hunting. so he grabbs a spear and secretly follows them and tries to hunt. that would be cute.
Okay, Manny and Sid have gal pals. OK, that’s cool. Now how about Diego’s gal pal? We need a female sabertooth, and Diego is my favorite Ice Age character plus the movie would not be complete unless all three of the heroes have a girlfriend each. Adam and Heather, you two are the coolest people I’ve ever talked to on the web! You are so speaking my language! All you said is absolutely true, and I think Diego and his lady fighting would indeed be cool and entertaining! And boy, it would be funny to hear things like-Diego(on the ground, pinned by his girl)You know, love can hurt(jumps up and pins her)but it’s worth it! No offense, to Carlos or ANYONE, but the fact that Manny and Sid’s girlfriends already have voice actors and the movie is filiming and it is only 129 days and a few hours till the movie opens, makes me VERY, VERY, VERY suspicious. I thank both of you, Adam and Heather for your help, and I am just letting Carlos know that if he trashes Diego(and the movie’s storyline, for that matter, because we are focused on the three stopping a flood and saving animals)by doing such a cruel thing, then I will NEVER, EVER, EVER forgive him, for as said before, Diego is my favorite, and I’m just one of many who like or love that saber in one way or another. 1 ice age 2 had a high rating in movie sites and ice age 2 has sold a lot in cinemas and have reached the profit that fox was waiting for
2 ice age 3 could be the story of the group ( now 7 elements ) fighting for food and in the middle of the movie theres an argument in the group and then they they broke up and in the middle of diego’s mission for food he finds his girlfriend!
3 that separation and fights for food can create sad and humor scenes in the movie that are what all movies want to have…
and i have more reasons…

***Ice Age 3: Returning to south***
Everyone is migrating back south. The gang joins up with this herd led by a very old mammoth who demands to be called Broketusk his real name is Nathaniel . While they are there, they become friends with a couple of cave bears named Tom and Ana who is pregnant, one eagle named Andreas and a wolf named Benjamim he and diego are always competing because of the difference betwen them - saber-toothed cat and wolf , and Sid’s old childhood playmate Sylvia her character is slightly different here then it was in the deleted Ice Age scenes; she’s not forcing herself on Sid, she has a visible sweet spot, she’s extremely tough, she’s slightly mentally unbalanced, and she’s afraid of dying.
Next day Susy a saber toothed female finds diego when he is hunting a rabbit he let the rabbit go for kids don´t see him killing a rabbit and you know why… he argues with Susy and susy asks sorry and say that she know him somewhere then they talk and when they were almost giving a kiss i dont know what the hell they could give a kiss with that teeth sid interrupts saying that they must get going. Diego invites her to his herd, she accepts.
During the journey, Sid and Scrat animates the show, Diego gets even closer to Susy and Benjamim becames angry with diego because of susy. Everyone faces electric storms, avalanches (the saving scenes occur , and in the middle of an storm Susy desappears Diego goes VERY sad and theres a sad scene in the film and that is good. Along the way, Manny and Ellie get closer together and Sid and Sylvia begin to fall for each other.
Then, the unthinkable happens: Susy appears every body bacames happy bla bla bla… after she calls diego to one place in the jungle everybody thinks that they are going to “do it” then sid say some jokes… . Diego is in a trap! 3 saber tooths are surronding diego the same as the ice age 1 Susy goes in their direction diego calls Susy. Susy looks back with a Sad face and she continues. They don´t do anything to her One says ” Thanks to you Soto is not here… you will pay! Bla bla bla…” They attack diego And then the fight takes start ending with Diego killing one of the tigers and Susy defending him from the second one by hurting him a lot and scaring him he runs away Diego says “Why did you do that?” She says “because they a reason i dont know… ” “So why did you saved me?” says diego “becausei felt something in that day, you were the sweetist person i ever talked… the other two were very stupid”.
To complicate more the situation one big and large wolf appears saying ” So, you are the son of Edgar you are the last one to be eliminated ” ” You! you killed my father! ” “And you are the next one” The wolf come closer and colser to diego and when he is almost bitting diego Benjamim Saves him and says ” You didn’t change anything in the last 5 years did you?” Then Benjamim tries to kill the wolf but the wolf counterattacks and hurts seriously Benjamim them Tom arrives and fights with the wolf and the bear wins of course . Diego realize that it wasn’t the humans that attacked his father but it were the wolfs…
When Manny, Ellie, Sid, Sylvia and Andreas return to the scene of the battle, they discover that Diego’s bad leg has been seriously injured. Benjamim is injured as diego. They have a talk with lots of jokes by Sid and the next day They continue on south Diego still competes with Benjamim with the leg injured that causes lots of laughts.
When they reach south, several things happen: Diego’s and Benjamim’s legs are fixed , Manny and Ellie are expecting a child, and Andreas baby boy is born and named Jared . Diego points out to Sid that he should *try* going out with just one girl, especially since Sylvia is the only one who has shown any interest in him. So, they realize they love each other if it’s animals, can it be called love? I dunno and…mushy stuff ensues. And Scrat gets his acron; FINALLY! But, unfortunately, he buries it so fast he forgets where it is, and he finds ANOTHER one, and the whole happy chase starts all over again.

Perhaps a third part where everyone is dividing with one another so that each creature will be among their own species? In other words, all the migrating animals get separated according to species (dodos with dodos, elks with elks, anteaters with anteaters, and so on)
Yes, Manny and Ellie are called by a council of mammoths (headed by Michael Gough?) to leave the other four animals behind and the two mammoths defy them, taking all of the animals with roles prior to this film to make their ways clear as well, because they helped them, i.e- Carl, Frank, Dab, Fast Tony, a new crony for Fast Tony (a glyptodont named Fred), Cholly, and Sid’s family (Zak, Marshall, Bernie, and Uncle Fungus).
For those of you who don’t know:
-Carl and Frank were the two “rhinos”
-Dab was a dodo
-Cholly was the chalicothere which farted in Sid’s face
-and Fast Tony was the armadillo salesman
By the way, we know Sid’s family members by name as he called them when he was first shown in the beginning of the first film.
And in the end, the animals in the migration all reunite because they realize that they need each other in order to survive, and to band together to escape a volcanic outbreak.
Here’s an example:
Elks need musk ox to keep safe from predators.
So the migrating animals remain together, setting up a community, defying the mammoth council and resulting in a brawl between Manny and a rough-and-tumble mammoth council member.
Manny wins and the other is driven off in defeat.
It’s just a thought!
By the way, Scrat remains with the herd, following them to keep himself and his acorn safe.
Scrat eats the blessed nut to try to save it from being burned by magma in the end, but he realizes, in flashback mode, his error and that he could have easily escaped the magma, so he sets off to find another.
ok, first of all, diego should NOT get a girlfriend. it would just ruin everything. and sid is not the type to get a girl, so why bother? although, i do think it’s cute for him and sylvia to be with each other, but really, why bother? second of all, someone is making it sound like diego is the main one in his or her version of ice age 3. that’s not right. i think manny and ellie should be the ones with the issue. third of all, why would sid’s family come in the movie?! sid’s family doesn’t like him, and it would just ruin the unigue herd. now, i really think some of you guys had some really creative summarys of an ice age 3. very creative. but, having a girl for diego is just too much. but if i did an ice age 3, i would give a really good suggestion, too. we should put baby Roshan in it again. we all miss the baby, you know, and maybe the characters could find him again. that’s all i got to say. all of you are very nice, and are fans of ice age, me, too. but i sometimes disagree, because i don’t want the ice age movie tradition to get ruined.
The diego idea was really creative but I have to agree with Keri about something. Whatever happened to the baby? I mean, you know, I thought the second movie would be all about the baby, but it wasnt. So when I heard about a third movie being made I was really excited because I thought that it would finally have the baby in it! I mean.. come on! It would be so cool! It would be more interesting then a story about a tiger falling in love. The baby could be grown up or something! And he might be hunting and see Diego and almost kill him , but Diego may recognize him and say “wait! Dont kill me!” And then he’d do the the ‘wheres the baby? thing and then Roshen would remember him, or something like that. It would be really cool. We miss the baby!! Please bring him back!

But I’m still adamant to bring back Sid’s family.
You should see what I’ve come up with! Zak is a stern leader sloth (no buckteeth), Marshall is Zak’s lieutenant (a brainy sloth, essentially), Bernie is a “party animal” sloth (kind of fat), and Uncle Fungus is an elderly, if still fun-loving sloth.
Zak and Marshall, thinking logically, decided to dump Sid all alone, but Bernie wanted to take Sid along, as he was a laugh. Uncle Fungus sided with Bernie and tried to get Zak and Marshall to change their ways but they overpowered him. He dutifully went along with them.
In response to the first film, Fungus and Bernie wanted to leave a note (crude picture of them leaving on a leaf), but Zak wouldn’t allow it and Sid couldn’t read anyway. So they left off without him until they’d met up with Sid as the larger herd (all other animals) were leaving (Ice Age 2). They saw what friends he had and decided while they would not (in the end) join his herd, they would still see Sid once in a while.
Here’s what I’ve imagined them as:
-Zak is tan-furred with a tuft of brown hair and no buckteeth (long neck, though)
-Marshall is short and stocky compared to the others, and has black fur
-Bernie is fat and dark brown, with a mop of blond hair
-and Uncle Fungus has got gray fur with a pair of tufts of hair on either side of his head (they look like a bald spot)
I am not suggesting that they join the herd but rather that they travel alongside the rest of them, meaning all those other animals.
Also, I’ve an idea for two new characters; a litoptern (tall, trunked, yellow animal) named Herb, as well as a glyptodont named Joe, both of which want to tag along with Manny’s herd, but don’t quite realize that they don’t need to sneak around to do it.
Herb is a neurotic wreck and Joe is a gruff fellow.
In this case, though, I think that the film-makers should go through with their old designs of making litopterns taller than mammoths like in the first “Ice Age”
Mmm, and perhaps we see more of Scrat’s kind. We’ve only seen one of his kind.
diego, i like the way you give specific details on sid’s family. very creative. you could become a writer some day. i like your idea of sid’s family dumping poor him, and one of them wants him to come along. sid is my favorite character, and i feel bad for him. but i don’t like the idea of all these characters in. it’s about manny, sid, diego, ellie, crash, and eddie. we don’t need anymore to the herd. but very creative.
I thank you for appraising my ideas, but I must insist on adding my characters, Herb and Joe (who I revised to be a musk ox), as I think that it’ll be funny and that they can be viewed as more than just bit parts in the crowds.

Hey Diego again, i agree with keri that I like the details you gave of sids family. I guess it would be kind of cool for diego to have a girlfriend. I think thats fair since manny has one now. I have to tell you something though. In the second ice age, what was up with diego? He was way different! He seemed depressed or something! I just got done watching ice age 2. He even looked different. I dont usually dont pay attention to that sort of stuff but under his eyes it looked like there was dotted marks. What was that? Another thing was he didnt seem like his old mean self. He seemed softer or more like a robot. Like when sid said something to him all he was like was “Oh.” The real Diego would pounce on him and threaton to kill him. I dont know, he needs to be his old sarcastic self. Not a softer version. Also, one more thing. Why did you add so much ass words and even a d word? Did you run out of words to say or something? I dont know, when you add vulgar stuff like gass and stuff like that. It makes me not like the movie much. Do you think could try not adding that to the next movie? It kind of ruined it for me. I liked the first ice age because it was so good and it didnt have all that stuff in it. It was a cool story and the animals had alot of personality. Everything just went kind of fast for me in the second one. Plus there were alot of crude stuff. Why would Manny talk about sex in a kids movie? I really love ice age. I still do even if the second one was kind of lame.I mean, it had some really funny and good parts, but it wasnt as good as the first ice age. Plus the first ice age had really funny good humor and a good story. This one didnt. Hey, hope you can add the baby in the 4th movie if you ever do a 4th movie. i sort of agree with hannah on few things. i didn’t get the point of having the cussing words in the movie. i mean, it wasn’t in the first movie, so why the second one? cussing is wrong, and people know it. also, you shouldn’t call this an KIDS movie. first of all, it’s rated PG! why have a movie for kids if it’s rated PG? i’v seen a lot of other movies that are PG, and they call it for kids. it makes me mad, because it shouldn’t be for kids. there are stuff in the movie that isn’t right for kids, and some kids may not even understand some stuff. besides, Ice Age is for adults, too! don’t call it a kids movie! but yes, it would be really nice to have the baby in a third movie. the baby could be a little grown up or something, and they could find him. the baby is lost, so they need to return him to his dad. thats all i have to say. ice age and ice age 2 are two of my favorite movies, and i like them both the same. i don’t like the first one better, or the second one better. i like both of them. and if people would disagree when they first see the second movie, then try watching it a few times more, and maybe they would understand it more. so, two goals. don’t call the movie a kids movie, and don’t give up on the second movie.

to tell you the truth, i never had ups about diego having a girlfriend, because i don’t want things to get too carried away. but i guess it would be ok for diego to get a girlfriend. maybe he could have a fight with her when they first meet. he and SARAH wouldn’t get a long really well, and Sarah would always be toupher than Diego, and would always win a fight. but then Diego really gets affended by other’s jokes, mostly Sid, and he really wants to beat her. When he finally does, Sarah finds that hot in a guy, so she wants him (i got the idea from a Fresh Prince episode). so i guess Diego could get a girlfriend, but don’t even thinking about Sid getting one. that’s just going way too far. i think Sid should stay single, because he’s not really the type for romance, even though he does his best to flurt and hit on them.
i’m also glad that Kellie agrees to not add anymore creatures to the herd. we should stick with Manny, Sid, Diego, Ellie, Eddie, Crash, and maybe Sarah, Diego’s new girlfriend. and yes, we should include the baby in it. i think the baby should be grown up, but still young. maybe no older then 4.
it would be really exciting to have an ice age 3, but also dissapointing. the first two movies were so great, that we don’t need another one. or i guess some people can say that they were so good, that there will be another one. but it would be exciting. i aslo heard there will be a Shark Tale 2.

i’m glad Kellie agress with my idea! Sarah could stick with the herd a little, and she wasn’t very nice to Diego, and he got very annoyed, and she kept winning a fight. that’s also a good idea about Sid. he could hit on another guy’s girlfriend, and when the guy finds out, he beats Sid up or something. i wouldn’t want Sid to get a girl, because like i said, i don’t like things to get too carried away. trust me, i go through a lot of it during shows on disney channel and stuff. also, maybe Sylvia (Sid’s old playmate from the deleted scenes) would pop up a few times, and the last time she does, she surpirzingling kisses Sid on the mouth. Sid gets very shocked and freaked out, and runs away from her (because he still can’t stand her, and never will). then he finds manny and tells him everything (and like Manny would care). it would be so cool.
and yes, the baby will be in there, and while they are returning him to his dad once again, and Diego is going through a lot of stress with Sarah, the plan is to escape a volcano eruption. that would be a really cool story.
and yes, we could have scrat still getting his acorn. we need Scrat’s classic trodition to keep on going.
lol!!! those r alot of cool ideas. i especally like the idea of sid getting REALLY freaked out about Sylvia kissing him. It would b cool if diego and sarah biker ALL THE TIME and everyone gets mad @ them. like they dont agree on anything. And (like my two cats do) they keep manny and ellie and the gang up all night this one time fighting and firghtin. and soon right when the volcanos about 2 erupt sarah and diego get axedently left behind in all of the confusion thats going on. and they have to forget their differences and finally help eachother out. and once they do they get merried (or something like that,) and in the end all of the animals are safe from the volcano eruption and the baby gets returned, manny and ellie grow even closer together, diego and sarah r meeried and sids STILL very afraid of Slyvia.

i just thought of this… in all of the confusion thats going along instead of diego and sarah getting seperated the baby does. So diego and sarah both volenteer to help look 4 him and once they find him they have to work together with eachother and save the baby!!

hmm…..i don’t know. now that i think of it, i wouldn’t want the third movie to be all about Diego and Sarah. on the first movie, Manny was the one who had doubts and was thinking about his past, and in the second movie, he was having these problems with Ellie. i don’t know, i just think Manny is the one who has the main problem.
an idea just popped to my head! Manny and Ellie for some reason have a big fight, because of their differences, and aren’t speaking, yet still traveling together. Earlier in the movie, Sid tells Manny that think about Yin and Yang, and that he thinks its great for him and Ellie to be together. but then later when they have that huge fight, Manny is talking with diego, and Manny says, “Sid was wrong about our differences thing; we’re too different.” so, i thought maybe Manny and Ellie could have the main issue in the movie, and then second, Diego meets Sarah. when Sarah finally gets along with Diego, she asks him why Manny and Ellie are fighting and stuff like that. ane yes, the idea about Diego and Sarah physically fighting is still a good idea! then third, Sid is trying to stay away from Sylvia. and something hits his brain, like he sees that everyone has a girl, so he wants one. but he soon gets over it, because that’s the way Sid is. he’s very optamistic. so he doesn’t care. i still like that idea of him getting a girl. i guess you’re Kellie is right; poor sid is just bad luck. and about Crash and Eddie, they’re not having very many issues, except that Manny keeps getting after them for doing many stunts, and realizes that they have to be careful. (then later in the movie, Crash in and Eddie get into danger; but like that stops them). anyways, Diego and Sarah may have another dissagreenment again, while everyone is in serious peril, and yes, everybody is always getting annoyed during the movie about that. and then, Sid finally gets in the middle of them, and yells, “Stop! what’s the point of fighting! it’s not going to bring you closer, and it’s not going to solve anything!” everyone is just quiet after he shouts that, and Sarah then agrees with Sid, and Diego does, too, and they both have a discussion about it, then they all look at Manny and Ellie, trying to tell them they should do the same thing. so then Manny and Ellie try to discuss it, but it turns into another fight, and that’s when the volcano eruption gets worse; it starts to get very loud, and then the baby, who is now 4, goes over and hugs Sid tightly. later in the movie, though, Manny and Ellie make up. and also, Scrat is still trying to get his acorn, but this time, he does’ die, because we don’t a repeat.
so that is my idea. the idea of Diego and Sarah getting mairried, i think goes over the edge. animals don’t even know what marriage is. they just call each other a mate for life. and besides, we don’t want to get too carried away.

Hey, I’m so glad Keri and Kelli totally agree with me. I hope the ice age 3 doesnt have as much bad stuff as the ice age 2 had. I mean, come on! Its a kids movie! Why would you mention sex in a kids movie? Your right Kelli. Its like a pg-13 movie. And it shouldnt be that way. Another thing I agree with is the BABY! Why is the baby all of a sudden forgotten? I dont know. Just asking. I like Keris idea of the baby being 4 or something. He could even be 10 or a teenager! That would be so cool if he was a teen. He could be trying to learn how to be a warrier like his father and he could be hunting in the woods, when all of a sudden he sees diego and he gets ready to throw his spear and then Diego could pounce on him and they could both be getting ready to kill each other when they both remember each other. hannah’s right. the third movie shouldn’t be rated PG13. i have to admit, though, in the second movie, i thought there was a lot of peril and violence more then language and inuendo. but language is going too far for kids. for little kids, though, the language is worse than the innuendo, because if they heard the a word or something, they could repeat it! and i’v watched a movie (Shark Tale) with a 5 year old boy, and when he heard “butt”, he reapted it over and over. so the language is very noticable. but the kids wouldn’t understand the sex stuff. although, hannah is right. if they want the movie to be for kids, then they shouldn’t have it like that! so yes, that’s wrong. but one positive thing about it, is that Manny didn’t mean it in a way like that. Ellie overreacted. Manny didn’t mean to have ’sex’ at that time; he made a mistake. but yes, talking about it in any way isn’t right for kids. but to tell you the truth kellie and hannah, i’m not calling Ice Age or Ice Age 2 a kids movie. i’m calling it an animated movie, comady, adventure, and for everyone! i’m not going to put just “kids” in it. first of all, it’s too rough and too…no understandable, and also adults and big kids love it!

(but i do like the later episodes with kimi).actually, that’s much more then the heard in Ice Age. but…i don’t know. it would be ok to have Diego’s girlfriend, but it’s adding too much characters to the wounderful family.
but yeah. it would be really cool to have an Ice Age 3! and i like the way the creators do it. so what ever they do, i’m sure i would like it. that’s the way i am. but no over rating it PG. PG is fine, but PG13 is too big. i hardly ever watch PG13 movies.
Hey Diego! I was just thinking about something. I really do like your story plan for ice age 3! I mean, I think its kind of cool that Diegos getting a girlfriend. Another thing is, I like the idea of her being tough. I dont think any girl could ever win Diego unless she was tough. And yeah! She could always be trying to win fights with Diego, like what Keri and kelli said. I also liked what you said Kelli about sid hitting on another sloths girlfriend and the other sloth finds out. And thats when there may be questions that they may ask their parents about it. Its great without all of that! Without gass, or cussing, I bet it would have been better than it is. hannah’s idea is good! the girl that sid hits on has a boyfriend, and then he comes up to Sid. the guy is very muscular and very tough. once Sid sees him and realizes that he is the girl’s boyfriend. so he says, “i was just leaving.” but he beats him up, although they don’t show it. Sid comes back to the others, and looks pretty bad. hey, in the delted scences, some kids were beating him up, so why not an older guy. anyways, just like hannah said, it’s just not right for Sid to have a girlfriend. and a Sylvia kind of girlfriend may be a bit much. a kind of girlfriend for sid would be a nice girl who loves guys who show ther emotions. but please, don’t even bother going there either. i think Sid’s main issue in a third movie would him not being able to get a girlfriend, or not getting respect. actually, not getting resepect would be better. although, he had the problem in the second movie, and….Ahh! lol. i’m sure the creators would think of something. just leave it to them.
and about Cholly, he shouldn’t be a main character. because he wasn’t in the last movie. like i said, we don’t need to add more. gassing doesn’t really bother me. it was pretty gross on the video game, but it only happend one time on the movie. i thought it was kind of funny….but in the game..it was gross. bit no Cholly! he could me in the movie with all the rest of the animals, but not with the one herd. and Diego, i thought about your idea about Sid’s old sloth family. and i guess it would be alright if they were with the other animals, but not with Sid and the rest of the herd. here’s an idea about all these extra characters. Sid’s old family, Cholly, Fast Tony, they could be in the movie, but just with all the extra characters. Same goes for Sylvia. She could be with them, but every once in a while finds Sid. although, she looses him again, so she asks others, “have you seen another male sloth?” i think it’s a WOUNDERFUL idea to have Sylvia in the movie. but we don’t want her and Sid to get together. that’s just too much.
and we don’t want to forget about Scrat. to be honest, Scrat isn’t axactally my favorite, but we can’t take him out of the movie. he’s like one of the classics, and we still need him.
Ice Age was good, and so was Ice Age 2. actually, when i first saw Ice Age 2, there was one thing, Hannah, that was kind of crapy for me. i thought it was weird that all these mammoths came at the end. it seemed kind of weird, because i thought there wouldn’t be much after the ice age. but i got over it, and realized it brought heart to the movie. i don’t know, if they didn’t do that, it could make people upset, because it would remind them that mammoths are already extincted, and we wish they were back because of Manny and Ellie. so yeah, i figured it was a good scene, only it made me cry later. so yeah, both movies were great, and i hope they make a third one.
i don’t know about something, you guys. tonight, i just started to draw pictures of the ice age characters. then i drew the baby, and started to draw and see what he looked like as a 4 year old, and a teen. but then…something happened. all of a sudden, some music from the first movie just came in my head, and i…well….realized that i would really miss the baby to be grown up. i just want him to stay as a baby. i don’t know, i just think….maybe that music was telling me something. i don’t know, sometimes i think things tell me something. but it’s really disapointing for him to be grown up, even to be 4. and think about it, how many years do you think that would be when he’s grown up? everyone would have been with each other for a long time. and Manny and Ellie wouldn’t have some MAJOR arguements and stuff. that’s what i think. what about you?

ya, it would be dirty movie if they would mate, even though they are animals. they still have personallities just like humans do, so it’s still the same. PG is good enough. i don’t know, i think they should stick with the peril and stuff. i get really intersted when the action comes. so…if it would be PG because of the peril, then i wouldn’t mind.

hey, i think it’s fine to bring bits of you characters up, Diego. same goes for Sid’s old family. i think they should be in the movie, just not with Sid’s herd. think it would also be neat to bring Sylvia. she could popp up sometimes, she just wouldn’t stay with the herd and get together with Sid. but hey! you said you were writing a Blue Sky studios letter. i’v been wanting to do that! how would you? if you know how, could you give me the address? that would really make me happy. i think it would be neat for everyone to write a letter. but i wouldn’t tell everybody. maybe just my best friend, who is also an ice age fan. so would you? please!
i’v also been wanting to ask them questioins about Ice Age, a lot of questions. and i would like to tell them my ideas, too.
hey diego thats awesome idea 2 write a letter. Ice Age 3 would PROBABLY be the last one too. So i think it would be cool to bring bits of Sids old herd back into the movie. But i dont no. yeah, my friend and i are writing a letter together. just get online, or maybe get on a Blue Skies Studios website, and you should find the address some where. i am also telling them that some stuff they could handle. i mean, if they think it’s right for Diego to have a girlfriend, than they will do it. but if they don’t, it’s for the best.
ya i know! i have been trying to recerch on the web the blue skys adress or something. but i just can’t seem to find it!
anybody could find the address. Google is a very good place to look. anybody could type down anything that comes to their mind, and eventually, their address would come up. just think about the words you need: Blue, Skies, Studios, Address.

See, I’m sending them a message because as it turns out, I work for Wikipedia and can’t find out the proper names for the animals in the films (I need *real* scientific names, not goofy names like “freaky mammal”) and I need it soon.
Also yes, I think I would like to mention my characters that I made and Sid’s family, but also Sylvia must be in the film as well and have the film directed by whoever did the first one (as its style was better!)
ya, it’s a good idea to have those characters in. but, i’m not really sure about an ice age 3. as far as excited it would be, i’m hearing rumors that it will come out in 2008. that’s not enough time to make such a great film. it took 4 years to make the last one. and…..i don’t know…i wouldn’t want the third movie to become like a Lion King 2, Cinderella 3, or Mulan 2. i would want it to be a movie that comes out in theaters like the rest. if it didn’t and just skipped to dvd, well, it would be like it’s not important. i want ice age to always stay very popular enough to come out in theaters. but i doubt that the rumor is true. i’m sure it won’t come out next year. the may not even make an ice age 3. but these ideas are good for an ice age 3. but just to say, ice age and ice age 2 are 2 awesome movies. don’t rush another one. you know, there is a sherk 3 coming out. as exciting as it is, i didn’t think it was nessesary to make another one. but at least it took a while to make. the last one came out in 2003. but yes, maybe Diego is right about Chris Wedge directing an ice age 3. i mean, i love both movies the same, but there is something about the first ice age i like better. i’v actually been watching ice age over and over again, and not once have i mentioned ice age 2 to watch.
that’s not like i’m hating ice age 2 now. right now, i’m just in some months of watching the first film. the first one is always so awesome just like the 2nd one.
ya i do agree that it did take the creators of ice age around 4 years to make ice age 2, which was an awesome movie! i am afraid that if the creators of ice age dont take a lot of good time to think of the movie, it might not be a good enough movie as the first two! i really hope it works out though! lol i wouldnt want ice age 3 2 b just a cheezy takeoff on the other movies just to get the ice age series over with. Ice age 3 WILL PROBABLY b the last one of the series. so i think the creators should make the movie as best as possible and give it their all!!!
ya i agree! but really, i wouldn’t want there to be a whole series. i honestly think 2 movies is good enough! but ya, a third one would have to be as good as possible no matter what! but really, i’m sure there is no third one next year.

very well creative, even though i never even heard of those actors. but glad Diego has the idea of which voice fits with whoever. don’t forget about Ray Ramano for Manny, John Leguizamo for Sid, Denis Leary for Diego, Queen Latifa for Ellie, Seann William Scott for Crash, and Josh Peck for Eddie. we don’t want to change the casts, ever!
i have looked up information on an ice age 3, and it sounds really serious. there are 2 good news for that. first, is that they will bring the original cast back, which makes me very happy. and second, they said it may come out in 2010. that takes 4 years to make it, and that is enough to create an awesome film. i the know that i won’t be a kid by that time, but does that matter? Ice Age isn’t just for kids, it’s for adults, too. so….there is nothing to worry about. it’s kind of dissapointing for a 3rd movie after 2 great ones. yet, i did feel the same way when i heard about an ice age 2. so…i will get over it. it will be exciting when it comes out, and i really hope it makes it to theaters. shrek one and 2 came out in theaters, and so will shrek 3. Ice Age 2 made so much money, that i’m sure a third one will.
im glad that it ll come out in 2010! Thatll give everyone more time… but I CANT WAIT!!! lol

These are really good ideas! Does anyone know a website about blue sky studios or the email adress of the director or porducer or something? I can’t send a letter, because I’m only thirteen and I live with my mom, dad, and sister. You see, where I come from, PG-13, rap, “gangsta”, and “”Adult Material” is really in style. The only people that are into GOOD movies that don’t have perverted, crude, or sexual humor are small children. The poeple at my school already think I’m weird, and I really don’t want to have people call me a freak behind my back. Trust me, I probabl sound like some teenage drama queen, but nothing hurts me worse than to be called a freak.
Anyway, I think Diego really should get a girlfriend. I think she could be somewhat stubborn like Diego, but have a soft, gentle side. In fact, I’ve written two fanfictions (plusa sequel to one of tehm) that were about Diego meeting a girl, and yadayada. The website is http://www.fanfiction.net, if your interested. If Diego does get a girlfriend, the creators should try to keep the characters in character, and keep it somewhat realistic (Yes, I know these characters aren’t real but you know what i mean!). Like someone said that this female character keeps beating Diego at everything. Whoever said that, don’t be offended or anything, I’m not trying to insult you in any way, I’m just stating my opinion, but Diego seems pretty strong and pretty tough, and if he can take on Soto, who, to me, looked much more stronger and powerful than Diego, I doubt a female tigress could defeat them. Maybe pin him to teh ground, but not entirely defeat him.
I also like the idea of teh baby coming back. He’d only be two to five years old, but maybe hi father and his friends are hunting, the baby is with them, tey try to kill teh animals, but the baby recognizes them. Of course, teh father would still try to kill Diego, but maybe teh baby (wait a sec, he’d be a kid) maybe teh KID could try and stop him, change his mind, so on and so on.

Diego is very strong! i didn’t think of that. we don’t want Diego to loose his strong character. he should be the won beating the girl. but you know, i’m not sure if i want an ice age 3, except that they will show the promostions back on TV and stuff. but i have a better idea. instead of Diego meeting a female tiger, i thought maybe he could meet a tiger cub! like, this tiger cub could be like 9 in tiger years. his name could be….i’m not sure. it would be cool for him to have an uncommon name like Soto did. anyways, the cub could like look up to Diego and wants him to teach him to hunt. at first, Diego really has no time. but then later, he decides to go teach him stuff. i thought that would be really cool. i think a girlfriend for Diego would be too much. but if we want to add an extra character, i think a simple tiger cub would be good! but i think that’s enough! no girl girl for Diego, no girl for Sid, not even a girl for the possom brothers. i think just a cub would be good. and yes, the baby could be in it! maybe he could be 3 years old, and he’s not old enough to hunt, and see’s his dad and older kids hunting. so he grabbs a spear and secretly follows them and tries to hunt. that would be cute.
