Hi Adam,

I used your mac-fixer but the resulting mac-address is not valid according to my belkin router as it is a multicast address. So, I still can't make a connection.

Adam,

I used your "mac address fixer" to convert the mac address as reported by my Nokia E60. From "00:15:DE:3E:25:C3" (reported) to "01:5D:E3:E2:5C:03" (fixed). When I entered the fixed IP address in my Linksys gateway it comes up with a message saying:

"The second character of MAC must be even number: [0,2,4,6,8,A,C,E]".

I haven't made a connection yet using the Nokia, so I don't know what the Nokias real mac address is. I wasn't even aware of the bug, so thanks for providing the info & fix!
